Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Absata, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after purchase. Because we aim to process and ship orders quickly, requests must be submitted as soon as possible. This policy explains how cancellation and order change requests are handled.
Order Processing Timeline
Most orders begin processing shortly after payment has been successfully completed. Our standard handling time is 1 business day, which means requests for changes or cancellations should be sent immediately after placing the order.
Requests We May Be Able to Assist With
Depending on the current status of your order, we may be able to assist with the following:
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Shipping address corrections
- Name or contact detail updates
- Quantity adjustments
- Product variant changes, when available
- Combining duplicate orders, where possible
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your purchase. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on how far the order has progressed in our system.
Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment are generally easier to cancel. If cancellation is approved after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Change Requests
If you need to make changes to an existing order, please submit your request promptly. While we cannot guarantee all changes can be completed, we will review each request based on timing and inventory availability.

After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it is generally no longer possible to cancel the order or make product changes. In some cases, limited address corrections may depend on carrier options and timing.
If your order has already shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
If your cancellation request cannot be completed because the order has already shipped, you may review our Return & Refund Policy once the package has been delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place multiple orders, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and assist where possible.
